He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dinger and Clarabelle Dinger (Williams); his wives, Mildred Evelyn Henry and Lois; his children, Roberta Wielandt and Dennis Fye; and his siblings, Harold "Pete" Dinger, Ruth Thompson, Patricia Vogel and Marge Hetrick.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Dinger (Judy Flis), Calvin Dinger (Tina), Pam Dinger, Robin Harris (Ken Snyder) and Dianne Maskrey; his grandchildren, Shawn, Monica, Trisha, Tia, Ted, Jodi, Brian, Billy, Wraylynn, Lance, Sarah, Vern and Desiree; his great grandchildren, Jake, Jessika, Jazzmine, Scarlett, Axton, Brock, Brody, Aliyah, Madison, Jozlynn, Avery, Lucas, Noah, Piper, Wyatt and Cierra; his great great grandchild Oaklyn; his siblings, Dick Dinger, Leona Thompson and Donna Snippert; and his son Mark McKinney.
