She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles C. Burkett and Emma M. Burkett (Himes); her husband William D. "Kelly" Hetrick; her siblings, Elvin Burkett (Peggy), Albert Burkett (Ruby), Marion McKendree (Clair), Alvera Burns (Herb) and Elva Mae Crosswaite (Leon); her siblings-in-law, Jay Burns and Elaine Burkett; and her nephew Albert "Ab" Burkett.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Hetrick, Timothy Hetrick (Joyce), Pamela Dougherty (Timothy), Jill Walters (Jeffrey) and Lori Dolby (Leonard); and her siblings, Agnes Burns, Nelson Burkett and Kenneth Burkett (Cathy). She is also survived by four grandchildren; two step grandchildren; five great grandchildren; five step great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
