He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva M. Bullers (Yount) and Clyde C. Bullers; and his siblings, Josephine Trunzo, Clydene McCullough, John, Casper and Ray Bullers.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Bullers (Smith); his children, Eva Jane Holt (Gordon "Butch"), Herbert L. Bullers (Mary), Leslie Michelitsch (Kent), Timothy D. Bullers (Bridgette), Rex T. Bullers (Carla) and Chad Bullers (Cristie); and his sister Joy Martz. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
