She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Zurfluh and Helen F. Zurfluh (Swift); and her former husband Val Zellers. She is survived by: her children, Linda Shofestall (Daniel) of Summerville and Larry Zellers (Ann) of Burgettstown; her grandchildren, Ricky Simpson (Tori) and Chris Shofestall; and her great grandchildren, Jarod, Abby and Rya Simpson.
In Lieu of Flowers, the Zellers family asks that donations be made in Helen's name to McKinley Health Center 133 Laurelbrook Drive, Brookville, PA 15825.
