We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2020, at the age of 91, Helen Lockard (Brookville, Pennsylvania), born in Barnesboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Temchulla and Stella Temchulla (Yanoski); and her siblings, Mary McCracken, Paul Temchulla, Dr. Frank Temchulla, David Temchulla and Stephen Temchulla.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patti Slaughter (Rex) of Ramsaytown, Karen Kern (late Barry) of Punxsutawney, Kathy Mason (Brian) of Newport News, VA and Bobbie Sarvey (Jim) of Brookville; her grandchildren, Scott Kern (Tobie) of Punxsutawney, Vanessa Duncan (Andrew) of Newport News, Alex Kern (Susie) of Summerville, Michelle Chandler (Michael) of Newport News, Matthew Mason of Newport News, Michael Mason (Shelly) of Newport News, Molly Swartz (Steven) of Newport News, Will Sarvey (Erin) of Brookville and Kali Sarvey of Brookville; her great grandchildren, Dakota McCallister of Texas, Cheyanne McCallister of Indiana, Tristen Kern of Colorado, Collen Kern of Colorado, Brendan Kern of Colorado, Aidan Kern of Punxsutawney, Kylan Duncan of Punxsutawney, Gabriel Duncan of Newport News, Patrick Kern of Summerville, Nicole Mason, Nathaniel Mason and Hailey Chandler; her great great grandchildren, Tristen McCallister of Texas and Georgia McCallister of Indiana; and her siblings, George Temchulla (Sarah) of Rossiter, Florian Temchulla (Jean) of Glen Campbell, Lorraine Anthony of Purcellville, VA and Lois Brosius (Larry) of Brookville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
