She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Koziara and Julia Koziara (Kochanczyk); her husband Carl E. Smith; her son Jeffrey E. Smith of Placerville, CA; her siblings, Stan, John, George Koziara, Mary Kozella and Sophie Fellner Aiken; and her siblings-in-law, Earl Smith, Glenn Jackson and Geraldine Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacquelyn D. Carrier (Jeffrey) of Brookville, PA; her grandchildren, Nicholas Carrier of State College, PA, Hannah DeAngelis (Jonathan) of Collegeville, PA and Lance Carrier of Brookville, PA; her daughter-in-law Debra Smith Perales of Placerville, CA; her sister-in-law Shirley Smith of Brookville, PA; and her friend Barbara Receski of Brookville, PA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
