He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerlad Edwin and Virigina Evelyn Richards (Uplinger); and his siblings, Gerald F. Richards, Barbara Bullers, Harold Richards, Rose Richards and Jane Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the D'Argy Funeral Home (345 Main St, Brookville, PA 15825). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to any veteran charity of the donor's choice.
