She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Jack; her stepchildren, Kenneth Fenstermaker, James Fenstermaker and Barbara Smith; her sisters, Mable Spangler and Judy Crawford; her grandson Izzy Fenstermaker; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Sturdivant and Taylor Sturdivant.

She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Jack (Hamm); her spouse James K. Fenstermaker; her sons, Ron "Janine" Fenstermaker of Newark, Tim "Marti" Fenstermaker of Hazen and Ben Fenstermaker; her friend Jen of Summerville; her daughters, Dee "Bill" Brown of Summerville, Kendra "David" Wolfe of Shippenville and Tammy Philipson of Elkton; and her stepdaughter Gay Bright of Sharon. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial donations be made to Penn Highlands Brookville Hospital.
