He was predeceased by: his sister Betty. He is survived by: his spouse Edna Hoffman (DeHaas); his children, Beverly J. Alexander and Scott D. Hoffman (Vicki); his siblings, Dennis Hoffman (Janice), Gary Hoffman (Carol), Charles Hoffman and Nila Hoffman; his grandson Brien Alexander; and also Edna.
