She is survived by: her son Michael J. Fowler (Lupe) of London, KY; her grandchildren, Staci Beall (Robert) of Severna Park, MD, Jamie Fowler of Ashville, NC, Troy Fowler of Frederick, MD, Stephanie Fowler of Maryland, Zachary Fowler of London, KY and Tiffany Fowler of Springfield, OH; and her siblings, Vernon Carmichael (Pat) of California and Judy Murray (Cecil) of Alabama. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
