She was predeceased by: her parents, Della Allshouse (Kinesley) and Dale Allshouse; and her daughter Jennifer Natale. She is survived by: her husband Scott Syphrit; her daughters, Candie Syphrit, Christie Jennings, Wyckoff and Wendy Campbell Illsley; and her siblings, Marian Himes, Linda Nickels and James Allshouse. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made in honor of Donna to the American Lung Association or the COPD Foundation.
