She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Johnson and Rosella Wingard Johnson; her sister Peggy Breen; and her son-in-law Gary Keith. She is survived by: her husband James Hetrick; her children, Philip Hetrick (Roxanne), Jerome Hetrick, Kenneth Hetrick (LuAnn), Chester Hetrick (Dawn), Lyndell Holtz (David), Amanda Keith, Kate Campbell and Tina Smith; and her siblings, Stanley Johnson and Nancy Bish. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines will be observed for all services held for Mrs. Hetrick.
