He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Hughey and Lulu Belle White Hughey; and his brothers, Ralph and Gene Hughey. He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Davis; his children, Jamie Hughey (Brandi), Chad Hughey (Angie), Shelby Geer (Clyde) and Kala Delp (Jack); and his sisters, Ginny Ishman (Don) and Nancy Hetrick. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
