He is survived by: his parent Mary Catherine Anthony (Fowler); his spouse Jean L. Anthony; his sons, Dale Anthony (Cathy) of Brookville, Donald Anthony (Vicki) of Warren and Dennis Anthony (Kris) of Punxsutawney; his grandchildren, Marly Doty, Cortney Michalak, Tamera Muir and Benjamin Anthony; and his sister Ruby Dodge of Corsica.
