He was predeceased by: his sister Lori Pisarchik; his son Kyle Evan Rossman; and his father-in-law Carl McKinley. He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Ann Buffington (McKinley); his son Frank Rossman (Amber); his grandchildren, Jace, Aurora and Gunner Rossman; his brothers, Steve Buffington (Sandy) of Springrove and Jeff Buffington (Denise) of Brockport; his nephews, Aaron Buffington (Jennifer), Adam Buffington (Liz), Jarod Steiner and John Bloom; his niece Jenna Bloom (Fields); his great-nephews, William and Jameison; and his mother-in-law Virginia McKinley.
