He was predeceased by: his father Reuben Ferringer Sr.; his wife Helen Hibler; and his siblings, Ruth "Louise", Mary Jane, Bronwyn, Lois, Marjorie, Rueben Jr. and Theodore.

He is survived by: his brother Art Ferringer of Knox, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
