He is survived by: his wife Germaine "Jerry" Elliott; his children, Charles Jr. (Sherri), Bob (Lucy), Tim (Missy), Brian (Denise), Jen, Karen and Kelly (Adam); his grandchildren, Alex, Nicki, Bobby, Alyssa, Brandon, Brenna, Jordan, Ben, Michaela, Jasonna, Logan, Bella and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Carter, Cooper, Waylen and Aria; and his brother James Frederick McGranor.
