He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ovington and Mary Ruth Brown (Jefferies); his wife Barbara Ann Gillen; and his children, Patrick Brown and Seana Brown.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Bartley (Dennis); his grandchildren, Erin Irvin (Richard), Caitlin Bartley, Samuel Bartley (Katelyn) and Skyler Hall (Zachary); his great grandchildren, Claire Irvin, Charlotte Irvin, Jacob Irvin, Zoey Bartley and Bryn Bartley; his sister Margaret Ericsman (Michael); his stepchildren, Alan Rhoades (Melany), Julie Coleman and Christopher Rhoades (Jill); his stepgrandchildren, Angie Bowser (Rob), Daniel Rhoades, Jonathan Rhoades, Tyler Coleman and Allie Sponar (Matt); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alissa Watterson, Mara Bowser, Kailin Bowser and Rylan Bowser.
