He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rupp and Anna Belle Rupp (Schreckengost); his daughter-in-law Judy Rupp; and his siblings, W. Adam Rupp, C. Woodrow Rupp, Waid Rupp, Cleo Rupp, A. Catherine Galbraith, Lottie Olinger, Ida Iola Bussard, Violet Umbaugh and Verda Mae Rupp.
He is survived by: his children, David and Annette; his granddaughters, Sara Miller (Ian) and Amanda Conklin (Chris); his great grandchildren, McKenna Miller, Cailyn and Abby Conklin; his stepgranddaughter Lisa Claypool Bossart; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Courtney and Chandler Milsom; and his sister Ann Thrush.
