He is survived by: his parent Maria Robles; his children, Rafael "Junior" Santiago, Victor Manuel Santiago, Harrisburg Santiago and Ana Maria Santiago; and his grandchildren, Wanda Lopez, Jeanette Pagan, Michelle Santiago, Miguel Santos, Erica Santiago, Victor Santiago, Jr., Emmanuel Santiago, Eddie Santiago, Sonia Eng and Paul Perez.
