He was predeceased by: his parents, Sollie Butts and Emma Butts (Harris); his sister Mary Butts-Talley; and his brother-in-law Dr. John M. Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Lucy Jones (Albert) of Harrisburg, Dr. Barbara Butts-Williams of Minnesota, Carista Wilson, Lewis Butts (Margaret), Vincent Butts and Andre Butts; and his brother-in-law Raymond Talley of Harrisburg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
