He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Harper, Sr. and Emma Widdoes Harper; and his siblings, David "Cookie" Harper, George "Nip" Harper and Carolyn H. Burnett.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his sons, Kenneth J. and W. Scott Harper; his sisters, Nancy H. Raynor and Bonnie S. Harper; his grandchildren, Anthony (Jamelee), Jesse, John, Madilyn, Julia and Joey; his great grandchild Anthony, Jr.; and his pet Bentley. He is also survived by 3 nephews, a niece.
