He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Lavella and Virginia Lavella (Marzullo). He is survived by: his wife Regina Lavella (LaSpina); his children, Kathy Barr (Jim) and Tommy Lavella; his granddaughters, Jamie Pendell (Scott), Jackie Daniel (Nate) and Jodi Barr; and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Peyton and Lucy.
