With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Toniazzo (Brookhaven, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 8, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Theresa; and his sibling Emil. He is survived by: his children, Estella, Maryann Toniazzo (Ed Sabedra) and Peter Toniazzo (Melanie); his siblings, Art Toniazzo (Esther), Louie, Joe, Donny and Dolores; and his grandchildren, Tracey Ann, Jessica, Peter-James, Johndavid, Kevin, Eva, Kristina, Theresa-Marion and Lola-Isabella. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to Coatesville VA Medical Center Voluntary Services Hospice and Palliative Care Program, 1400 Black Horse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320.
