We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2025, at the age of 86, James F. Johnson Sr. (Brookhaven, Pennsylvania), born in Mount Vernon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carmela; his daughter Debbie Johnson; and his granddaughter Stephanie Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, James, Jr. (Donna) and Steve (Theresa). He is also survived by his loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home (4220 Edgmont Ave, Brookhaven, PA 19015). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
