She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Seiverd, and Samuel Seiverd, Sr.; her siblings, Samuel, Jr., Gerald, Francis and George; and her son-in-law Eric Blackman.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald Crepack; her children, Suzanne Blackman and Gerald Crepack (Marie); and her brother John "Jack" Seiverd. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
