He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosetta A. West and Lloyd Richardson; his grandparents, Phillip and Velma Stewart; his brothers, Robert P. and Michael Stewart; his son Gary Stewart; and his grandson Fasaad Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Stewart; his children, Michael Simmons and Sakina Stewart; his stepchildren, Myron Brown, Sharon Brown and Taheerah Payne; his goddaughter Kamira Stewart; and his siblings, George Stewart, Carl Stewart (Veronica), Lonnie Morris (Jessica), Myra Rideout (Gerald), Geraldyne Young, Elayne Day (Erwin), Janet, Deborah and Melody Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Highway Church of Christ (712 Welsh St, Chester, PA 19013). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
