He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Chiponis; his parents, Anthony Chiponis and Adella Chiponis (Yakonis); his sister Florence Tracy; and his grandson Billy Pauciello.
He is survived by: his children, James Chiponis (Diane), Karen Pauciello (Bill), Cynthia Ferguson (Joseph) and Joseph Chiponis; his grandchildren, Joe Ferguson (Carolyn), Ashley Ferguson, Jessica Wilmer (Bill), Zach Chiponis (Kelsey), Jaimee Chiponis, Melanie Chiponis and Gianna Chiponis; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Ferguson, Owen Ferguson and Cassandra Wilmer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Chip's name can be made to: American Heart Association, Crozer Hospice, or Our Lady of Charity Church.
