She is survived by: her children, Diane West (John), Debby Hamby (George), William D. Paterson, MD (Jeannine) and Nanette Vanhorn (Dave); and her cousins, Barbara Hepler and Joannie McCarty. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
