She was predeceased by: her former husband Albert Chalfant III; and her son Albert Chalfant IV. She is survived by: her fiancé Mike Magrogan; her children, Todd Chalfant (Abby), Michellé Chalfant (Bryan Ciliberto) and Dylan Chalfant (Spiridoula); her siblings, Eleanor Fitzgerald and Jim Cavage; her grandchildren, Rhiannon, James, Zoe, Gage, Arianna, Chloe, Bryan Jr., Owen, Jax, Victoria and Allie Rose; her great grandchildren, Alexander, Adelynn and Tao; and her grandchildren, Trinity and Nash.
