She is survived by: her husband James E. Smith; her daughters, Deborah Quackenbos (Art) of Brogue, Tracy Smith (Bruce) of Macungie and Dr. Patty Coker-Bolt (Rick Bolt) of Charleston, SC; her grandsons, James Lewis, Daniel Quackenbos and David Quackenbos; her stepgranddaughter Mary Sweeney; and her brother Roger Arthur of Roanoke, VA.. She is also survived by friends, especially her husband, children and grandchildren.
