Hartzell (Seitz) of Red Lion, PA.; his wife Rachel Steele Seitz (Meyers); his children, Amy E. Cooley (Michael), Mark C. Seitz (Theresa) and Mary C. Owens (Thomas J.); and his grandchildren, Brianna C. Gaunt (Gotwalt), Zachary T. Seitz, Benjamin W. Gotwalt, Keri M. Miller (Seitz), Sean M., Erin B. Cooley, Brett T. and Nolan D. Catone. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
