He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Batchler and Mabel Batchler; his wife Gloria Batchler; his children, LeRoy Batchler Jr. and Joan Hess; and his brother Leon Batchler.
He is survived by: his brother Glenn Batcher (Marge); and his grandsons, Robert Ancherani Batchler (Mary) and Clarkie Hess of Martins Creek.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to have donations made in LeRoy's name to WK&S steam engine 65 restoration project.. Donations can be mailed to WK&S Inc., PO Box 24 Kempton Pa 19529.
