He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Neff. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Neff (Hook); his stepdaughter Wanda Harrison (Joseph) of Dover, DE; his children, Beverly Christman (Ike) of Kresgeville, John Joseph Neff of Walnutport, Mark Neff (Suzie Kresge) of Kunkletown, David Neff (Gayle) of Kresgeville and Matthew Neff (Fonn) of New York; his sister Betty Meck (Melvin) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Joel, Tara, Jill, John Richard, Christopher and Erica; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Cody and Michael.
