He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bush and Rosina "Rosie" Bush (Anthony); his brother Russell A. Bush; and his nephews, Terry A. Bush and Ralph F. Bush.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Bush (Hay); his children, Gwen Weiss (Paul) and Greg Bush (Lynn) of Berlin, MD; his grandchildren, Cory Weiss of Indian Trail, NC, Eastern Shore, Travis Bush of Stevensville, MD, Dean Bush (Karin) of Davenport, FL and Jonathon Bush of Berlin, MD; and his sister Jane Deihl (Rogers) of Hanover, PA. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
