He was predeceased by: his wife Arlene M. Kresge (Altemose); his parents, Harold Kresge and Evelyn Kresge (Calloway); his son Dean Kresge; and his brother William Kresge.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Muir (John) of Kunkletown, Dale Kresge (Sue) of Saylorsburg, Linda Borger (Blaine) of Kunkletown and Jayne Werkheiser (Joe) of Neola; his daughter-in-law Jen Kresge of McMichaels; his siblings, Donald Kresge of Stroudsburg, Joan Barrie and Gail Anders of Kunkletown; his grandchildren, Shane, Stacey Kresge, Daniel, David Muir, Eric, Ryan Kresge, Danielle Lukashewski, Meggin Borger, Kristin Heller, Sarah and Aaron Pratt; and his stepgrandchildren, Ken and Jona Werkheiser. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
