He is survived by: his spouse Sherrill Leap (Snyder); his mother Norma Leap (Willet); his children, Joshua Leap (Erin LaBar), Jason Leap (Sarah), Bobby Wills (Kristin) and Sarah Wills (Christopher Handelong); his siblings, Wayne Leap (Marilyn), Earl Leap (Laurie), Carolyn Bright (Joseph), Doris Masten (Robert Jr.) and Helen Stephens (Charles); his grandchildren, Dylan (Emily), Hailey, Izzy, Gabriel, Logan, Stephanie, Kylie, Kara and Levi; his great grandchild Margot; his sister-in-law Bonnie Leap; and his pet Bucky.
