He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Conklin and Mary Conklin (Heiney). He is survived by: his wife Arlene M. "Hez" Conklin (Serfass); his children, Kevin Conklin (Lisa) and Roxann Nicholas (Todd); his siblings, Allen Conklin, Hazel Donchez and Florence Frantz; his siblings-in-law, Walter "Bud" Serfass, Jean Haydt and Dolores Barthold; his grandsons, Joshua, Michael and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Benny, Luke, Jackson, Emma and Lincoln.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any of the local home hospice care organizations.
