It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Keiper (Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania), born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 21, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd E. "Sonny" Pugh; her parents, Thomas Keiper and Meryl Keiper (Bond); and her siblings, Thomas Keiper Sr. and Cathi Jo Gondell.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Dale Pugh of Kunkletown and Jacqueline Pugh of Reeders; and her sister Cindy Roberts of Long Pond.
