It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam McCormack of Brodheadsville, Pennsylvania, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on June 19, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Henry McCormack. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth McCormack (Olivo); his children, Myles McCormack of Brodheadsville, Ciara McCormack of Hackensack, NJ and Jasmine McCormack of Hackensack, NJ; and his siblings, Henry D. McCormack (Karen Duran) of Pompton Lakes, NJ and Sheila Davis of Poughkeepsie, NY.
