He was predeceased by: his father Carl R. Faulk; and his brother Richard "Rick" Faulk. He is survived by: his mother Diane Morrow Faulk; his wife Kimberly Geitner; his sons, Jason Faulk of Brockport and Dennis Faulk of Brookville; and his siblings, Karen Russo of State College, Tom Faulk of Brockport, Michael Faulk (Peggy) of St Marys, Jeffrey Faulk (Beth) of Brockway and Gregory Faulk (Rachel) of Butler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
