He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Carr and Leona Lougee Carr. He is survived by: his wife Pat Wilson; his children, Scott Carr (Lisa) of Lebanon, PA, Chris Ann Carr (Derllin Alcantara) of Reading, PA and Jamie Wolfe (Tom) of Brockway; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Ashlyn, Miranda, Ava, Sophia, Jimmie, Staycia and Wesley.
