He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Clark and Delores "Dolly" Starr Clark; and his wife Renee Johns Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Hattie Collins (Ian) of Brockway and Coryna Clark of Brockway; his sister Deb Drayer of DuBois; his grandchildren, Lailah Clark, Kaysin Clark, Gannon Collins and Bellamy-Jo Nelson; his nephews, Ryan and Luke Drayer; and his niece Desiree Drayer.
