He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas A. Welsh; his grandparents, Harry Ferringer, Fred and Patricia Welsh; and his niece Brittany Bailley.
He is survived by: his mother Judy Ferringer Holt (DW) of Brockway; his significant other Sara Flasher; his significant other's children, Nicholas, Eric, Olivia and Eliana; his sister Kerrie Welsh; his nieces and nephews, Leeann, Dausen and Megan Crawford of Brockway; his grandmother Shirley Ferringer of New Bethlehem, PA; his stepsister Christine Morrison (Ron); his pets, Gracie and Whiskey; and also, Elizabeth, Erin and Dillon Morrison.
