He is survived by: his father Thomas Nellis of Emporium; his wife Amy Burkey Nellis; his children, Devin Thomas Nellis of Ridgway and Darien Heather Nellis (Brandon Martz) of Eldred; his grandchildren, Brentley and Moxson; and his siblings, Tammy Pearsall (Lee), Fantasia Dourado (Frank), Brittany McKelvey and Nicholas Nellis (Heather). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
