Pifer (Brockway, Pennsylvania), born in Brookville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 11, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Barney Irvine; and her brother Thomas Irvine. She is survived by: her parent Theona Whitehouse Irvine; her spouse Leon D. Pifer; her children, Deborah Ford (Charles) of Falls Creek, Greg Ross (Brenda) of Columbus and Jerry Ross of Hazen; her stepchildren, Linda Minjarez and Dave Pifer (Laura) of Apple Valley; and her brother James Irvine (Janet). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
