McKinney; her children, Agnes Hoover of Brockway, Victor Baxter (Barbara) of Brockport and Richard Baxter of Brockway; her grandchildren, Vicki Jacobs (Cory), Rosalie Lynn Crawford (Terry), Tim Baxter (Karen), Robin Brinkley, Darla Elder (Tim), John Baxter (Amy) and Jamie Hoover; her children-in-law, Elsie Baxter and James Hoover; her great grandchild Grace Brinkley; and her siblings, Toni Hellwig, Marie Dinsmore, Al Roberts, Chuck Roberts and Mitch Pesikan. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
