He is survived by: his siblings, Richard (Brenda "Bo" Delia) and Judith Billock; his nieces and nephews, Rick Delia (Casie), Dawna Ceriani (Tom), Robert "Muggs" Delia, Annjeanette St (Joel) and Brandon Billock; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenna (Ben), Kayla, Tommy, Ricky, Zack, Braelyn and Kyler.
