He was predeceased by: his siblings, Patricia Geisel and Earl Spangler. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Stiles Spangler; his spouse Annabelle Sharp; his children, Robert L. Spangler (Mary) of Williamsport, PA, David A. Spangler of Brockway and Sandy Luke (Frank); and his brothers, Ronald Spangler of Delaware and William Spangler of Indiana, PA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
