He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Quinn and Mary Quinn (Ewing); and his brothers, Russ and Charlie. He is survived by: his wife Irene (Serafini) of Allen's Mills, PA; his children, Mary Quinn of Freedom, PA, Beth Gaston (William) of Reynoldsville, PA, Hope Quinn of Vallejo, CA and Richard Quinn (Jamie) of Mt. Pleasant, PA; his sisters, Karreen Deweese of Ridgeland, MS and Pam Wiley (Bob) of Carson City, NV; and his grandsons, Matthew, Joel Gaston, Owen and Connor Quinn.
